A few words about our adventure ...

We start near the village of Manikia in Evia and descend on a passable path for about 1 hour to the river. Our landscape changes and we continue our route crossing the river in several places. We cross an earthly paradise that literally has it all (rivers, waterfalls, ponds) to reach the impressive Waterfall 25m high. and enjoy diving and swimming on its pedestals!

We return from the same path and with our vehicles we are transported to the village of Konistres (about 15 minutes drive). Pigi Kolethras is located between the villages of Konistres and Agios Vlasios, at an altitude of 123 meters.

It is one of the largest springs in Evia and an attraction of rare natural beauty. The Source of Colethra is located at the root of an imposing rock that hides a cave, which often attracts cave divers, as it has not been fully explored until now.

The spring collects the underground waters of Montenegro, which rises to the west up to 1,190 meters and is the eastern end of Dirfi. The amount of water changes seasonally. In winter and spring the spring creates a lake and its waters form a torrent, mainly after heavy rains, while in autumn and summer, the water level drops considerably. The torrent flows into the river Manikiatis.

A small recreation area has been created in the area, where we can enjoy a pleasant walk in the rich flora and fauna of the area.

A 300-meter path runs parallel to the torrent and passes through old artificial canals that still send water to the water mill (old watermill) that stands at the end of the route.

• You do NOT need to have previous experience.
• It is a route suitable for children (8 years +).
• It requires basic physical condition and love for nature.

* With the declaration of interest, each participant is obliged to inform the organizer about any health problems and must have with him any medication that follows.

* The organizing company has the right to make changes to the planned activities, depending on weather conditions or other factors.

* The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the activity persons who do not comply with its instructions, who endanger the safety of themselves or the team and who in any way disturb the other participants.

* Minimum number of people 6. In case the minimum number is not completed, the trip is canceled and the amount of the advance payment is fully refunded.
